Vitamin C has effect only if you exercise

Before, it was known that taking Vitamin C helps and has effect against cold. But, according to Finnish scientists Vitamin C can reduce the risk from cold to 50% only if you exercise. Vitamin C can help you accelerate recovery.







If you think that sitting at TV and consuming a lot of  Vitamin C will help you then you are wrong.

Scientists from Helsinki University analysed the results from previous researches which participated among 11 000 people, to conclude whether taking Vitamin C can really have such impact in the health of individuals. From the study it was concluded that only people that consume Vitamin C and meantime exercise are protected from cold, and that this group of people recover two times faster than the other group of people.

In addition, it is also concluded that the positive influence of Vitamin C is bigger in children than adults.

Finnish Scientists concluded that: The conclusion that is made is that routine taking of Vitamin C is not justified, but it is very helpful as small addition in the healthy  way of living.
