Salmon- a food very rich in proteins and healthy omega 3 fatty acids, they control the leptin, who is in charge for accelerating the metabolism.
Turkey- the meat of turkey is low in fats and rich in proteins, it makes our muscles stronger.
Almond- it fastens the metabolism, it consist the most important fiber, fatty acids and proteins. Almonds have calories so one should not exceed at eating them.
Cucumber- it definitely lowers the level of fats in our body.
