Android Operating System has revolutionized mobile technology and brought new way of thinking in technology. Many desktop application made their way to the mobile, not just that but mobile technology has brought us some more interactive and interesting applications and games.

Indeed, in this post we will present you some interesting applications that will help you in fitness training like push ups, sit ups, squats, and pull ups.

Push ups Workout application helps counting the number of push ups you make, as well as calculates the calorie you lose during exercise and makes the training plan based on your daily training.

In training mode, the app will make a training plan based on your age and body status. The plan will be divided in to six levels with each level having several groups of push ups.
